Job Title - Jira/Confluence/Atlassian Admin/Engineer

Location - Hybrid 3 days onsite (within 50 miles of Wilmington, DE; Baltimore, MD; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; New York, NY; or Evansville, IN)

Job Description:

The Solutions Engineer will design and implement solutions (primarily Atlassian-focused, with potential coding and integrations)

Role Overview:

Atlassian expert/solutions builder (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, integrations).

Design solutions to problems captured by the Tech Writer/Analyst.

Does not necessarily need to code, but could code or build utilities (Python, ServiceNow integrations, etc.) based on experience

Works with Atlassian SME and Rovo expert to implement and scale solutions.

Will expand beyond Atlassian over time to other enablement platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and optimize Atlassian configurations.

Partner with DevOps/engineering/business to automate workflows.

Research and apply platform best practices.

Support solution diagrams, technical implementation, and potential coding.

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep Atlassian expertise (Jira, Service Desk, Confluence, Analytics).

Similar platform or dev enablement experience would work – open to flex on Atlassian for solutions-minded candidates

Platform deployment, migration, and tuning experience.

Familiarity with SSO, directories, and permission schemas.

DevOps process understanding; hands-on coding ability a plus.

Adaptability to learn/support new productivity and developer tools.
