QA with Test Data Management
Please focus on these three key areas when screening:
- Health Plan Domain Experience - Must have worked in a payer/health plan environment
- Database/SQL Experience - Strong hands-on SQL skills (complex queries, joins, data validation)
- Test Data Creation Experience - Even if not in a dedicated TDM role, should have experience creating test data for their own testing needs
Nice to Have: Python experience
Location 2-3 days onsite- Phoenix Arizona
