Duration: 6-9 month contract ONLY, W2 hourly
Rate: $60-$70/hr
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere to help build next-generation AI-powered automation solutions. This role combines full-stack development, intelligent automation, and modern AI technologies such as LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to create scalable, data-driven user experiences.
You will partner with product managers, architects, data scientists, and designers to design and deliver enterprise-grade applications, automation workflows, and intelligent agent solutions. The ideal candidate has strong engineering fundamentals, experience building production-ready systems, and the ability to design resilient, fault-tolerant architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
- Build and integrate scalable applications, APIs, and AI-powered services.
- Develop solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, and modern automation technologies.
- Design and maintain secure, fault-tolerant production systems.
- Collaborate across Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with the latest version of Automation Anywhere.
- Proficiency in Python development.
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals and RAG architectures.
- Experience with systems design, software engineering, and distributed systems.
- Ability to design and support highly available, fault-tolerant production environments.
- Experience developing and integrating APIs.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred Skills
- Java development experience.
- Relational database and SQL experience.
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile project management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and AI/ML solutions is a plus.
