A leading financial technology company is looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst to join its analytics team. You'll pull together data from across the business to build a single, reliable view of performance, then turn what you find into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

Requirements
\n
- \n
- 5+ years in a quantitative role such as business analytics, data analytics, BI, or strategy analytics
- Advanced SQL, plus hands-on experience with Python, R, or a similar analytical language
- A record of combining data from separate systems and business units, and of standardizing metrics and definitions across the organization
- Hands-on use of AI tools to speed up analysis, automation, or development work, with good judgment on validation, data privacy, and responsible use
- Experience building dashboards and executive-facing visuals in Tableau or a similar BI platform
- Working knowledge of Splunk or a similar tool for analyzing product, operational, or event data
- Strong data storytelling, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Sound business judgment and the ability to link analysis to strategic priorities and commercial results
