Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain electrical construction schedules.
- Assist with bid and project schedule development and implementation.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, relationships, and constraints.
- Identify potential delays and schedule impacts proactively.
- Review and qualify General Contractor (GC) schedule submissions.
- Create and modify Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Review schedule content and prepare comparison schedule reports.
- Prepare site-specific and corporate schedule reports.
- Support resource loading initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific scheduling requirements.
- Communicate project status and schedule impacts to Site Project Management and Corporate Management.
- Coordinate with project partners to support timely completion of project scope.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler.
- Combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 / Primavera Project Planner.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with electrical construction scheduling is relevant.
