Are you a strategic technology leader ready to make a broad impact? PCRK Group is looking for a Director of Technology to shape and execute our company’s technology vision across a fast-growing, multi-state network of 131 Massage Envy locations.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the charge on everything from IT infrastructure and cybersecurity to digital innovation and data management—empowering operational excellence, business growth, and enterprise-wide security.
As a key member of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with senior executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives, oversee compliance and risk management, and drive IT governance and vendor partnerships. You'll also lead high-impact projects that transform the way we work, bringing new systems and smarter processes to life.
Requirements:
Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap to support business priorities, scalability, and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer/member experience, and create competitive advantage.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to leadership on technology performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead innovation initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all technology functions.
- Ensure the organization has a scalable, multi-brand IT architecture to support future acquisitions or new concept rollouts
IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Oversee the design, deployment, and management of secure, reliable IT infrastructure across corporate offices, franchise locations, and remote work environments.
- Standardize technology platforms, hardware, and systems across the organization to reduce costs, increase reliability, and improve supportability.
- Ensure systems and networks operate with high availability, security, and scalability.
- Manage IT budgeting, procurement, vendor negotiations, and capital expenditure planning.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Lead enterprise-wide security strategy, ensuring compliance with industry standards, PCI, and data privacy regulations.
- Implement and maintain multi-factor authentication, conditional access, endpoint protection, and data loss prevention policies.
- Conduct regular security audits and testing, remediating risks as needed.
- Oversee security awareness training and policy enforcement across all employees.
Business Systems & Integrations
- Oversee enterprise applications including Paylocity, Meevo, Zoho, Sage, M365, Azure and other SaaS platforms.
- Drive integrations between core systems to reduce manual processes and improve data integrity.
- Implement automation for workflows including payroll, employee onboarding/offboarding, and reporting pipelines.
- Ensure vendor systems meet company standards for interoperability, scalability, and compliance.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Own data governance and strategy, ensuring accuracy, availability, and security of enterprise data.
- Oversee the governance, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the centralized SQL-based data warehouse to ensure data integrity, scalability, and actionable insights that drive executive decision-making, advanced analytics, and guest experience reporting
- Define and track KPIs across operations, finance, HR, and customer experience.
IT Support Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Establish IT Support as a strategic business enabler, ensuring technology services directly support operational continuity, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Define, trace and report on SLAs and KPIs using metrics to improve service delivery, anticipate issues, and demonstrate business impact.
- Oversee managed service providers, consultants, and technology vendors to ensure value delivery, contract compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procurement standards, and lifecycle management for all hardware and software assets.
- Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
Manage Technology Relationship with Franchisor
- Partner with the franchisor to strategically align required upgrades and technology with PCRK’s operational goals and long-term roadmap.
- Provide franchisor feedback and recommendations to optimize and align their technology roadmap and PCRK’s priorities
- Represent PCRK in working committees and franchise network forums, contributing leadership, sharing best practices, and driving adoption of technology standards that benefit the system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success implementing enterprise-wide IT and security programs in multi-location or franchise organizations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: networking, cybersecurity frameworks, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, POS, and CRM systems, as well as API integrations and ETL/SQL pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technology projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Knowledge of BI platforms and data warehouse administration, preferably Azure SQL.
- Experience overseeing service desk operations and related SLAs and performance KPIs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to executive teams and boards.

- Pay: $125,000 Annually DOE +15% Bonus Target Potential
