BGP, OSPFKnowledge of Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto network platformsKnowledge of network monitoring product(s)Must be able to work independently or as part of a teamMust be able to identify technology needs/inefficiencies and address without supervision or technical guidanceMust be able to prioritize assignments and effectively manage their timeExcellent customer service skills to communicate with internal teams and external customersResponsibilitiesAs a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the ticket queue for the network infrastructure team. This will include troubleshooting network issues and providing technical support for network-related problems.Knowing when to escalate a problem/issue to a higher level so SLAs are not breached.Small projects will be assigned at times to help grow into a higher-level position.
