We’re looking for a hands-on Data Center Technician L2 with strong experience supporting servers and network infrastructure in a data center environment.
\n
\n
Key Skills:
\n
• Rack & Stack, server/network cabling
\n
• iLO / iDRAC configuration & troubleshooting
\n
• Hardware replacement — RAM, CPU, drives, optics, etc.
\n
• Basic Windows or Linux administration
\n
• Server troubleshooting, firmware upgrades & IP configuration
\n
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
• Install, rack, stack, cable and troubleshoot servers/switches
\n
• Perform hardware replacements and firmware upgrades
\n
• Troubleshoot cabling, connectivity and server issues
\n
• Work closely with network and systems administrators
\n
• Manage replacement parts and defective hardware returns
\n
• Perform physical audits and maintain accurate equipment inventory
\n
\n
