Job Description

Company Description Javelin Operations prepares mission-critical mechanical systems for reliable startup, with a focus on modern liquid cooling and chilled water infrastructure in data centers and high-density computing environments. The company specializes in high-velocity mechanical flushing, chemical cleaning and treatment, stainless steel passivation, and liquid cooling loop preparation to minimize corrosion, performance issues, and costly startup delays. Javelin works closely with mechanical contractors, general contractors, commissioning teams, and owners to ensure systems are clean, chemically stable, and ready for operation. Headquartered in Oklahoma and supporting projects nationwide, the team focuses on the critical window between installation and commissioning to reduce startup risk and deliver systems that perform as intended from day one.\n
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Estimator role based in Tulsa, OK. The Project Estimator will review project plans and specifications, gather technical and cost data, and prepare detailed estimates for mechanical flushing, chemical treatment, passivation, and related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing scopes of work, creating budgets and proposals, updating cost models, and collaborating with project managers and field teams to align estimates with actual site conditions. The role involves coordinating with contractors and clients, attending project meetings, and tracking changes that impact cost and schedule.
