<li> Provide support for 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant environment. </li>
<li> Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules. </li>
<li> Ensure all data access, handling, and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies. </li>
<li> Work closely with the business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests. </li>
<li> Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues. </li>
<li> Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations. </li>
<li> Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing. </li>
<li> Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures. </li>
