What you'll be doing:

Assisting project teams with items such as: Overall project schedule development, coordinating on project schedule updates through site visits, meetings, and reporting, and assisting preconstruction teams with proposal schedule.

Learning and applying Future Bylt SOP’s, standard operating procedures, to your work.

Tracking material procurement with the project management team to support schedule execution in the field.

Train and reinforce teams as needed in SOP requirements for coordination of schedule development and maintenance.

Travel as needed to project sites for schedule development and oversight.

Be a member of a team involved in formal presentations for projects.

Outstanding communicator: able to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable insights and ability to communicate technical building processes with construction and non-construction team members equally.

Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask.

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Primavera Project Planner (preferred / not required), Bluebeam, and a willingness to learn new systems.

Passionate for construction and applying new technologies, concepts, and innovative solutions.

Minimum of 3 years experience required as a dedicated schedule professional with background in attending schedule meetings, updating CPM schedules, and updating team leaders on schedule performance for projects.

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards.

Ability to function in a positive, friendly, high-energy, and collaborative environment.

Proficiency in leading/managing meetings.
