This is a high-impact, technically challenging role focused on developing BMS software architectures, model-based control functions, embedded application software, and validation solutions supporting next-generation high-voltage battery systems.

Qualifications:

\n

    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or another equivalent technical discipline
  • \n

  • 3+ years of professional experience working with high-voltage batteries and Battery Management Systems
  • \n

  • Strong experience with MATLAB/Simulink and model-based function development
  • \n

  • Strong knowledge of Embedded C and embedded software development
  • \n

  • Experience developing BMS software architectures and application-layer software
  • \n

  • Hands-on experience with software validation, testing, debugging, calibration, and optimization
  • \n

  • Experience developing, optimizing, and parameterizing BMS application software for battery system applications
  • \n

  • Experience with automated software testing and MISRA development practices
  • \n

  • Experience with continuous integration tools and processes such as Jenkins
  • \n

  • Understanding of high-voltage lithium-ion battery systems and BMS functionality
  • \n

  • Experience with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) is preferred
  • \n

  • Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety is preferred
  • \n

  • Ability to evaluate and implement new software technologies, development methods, and software process improvements
  • \n

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support product commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • \n

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary and international engineering teams
  • \n
