Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst - Tier II IT for a contract opportunity supporting field employees, internal staff, and leadership in a professional onsite technology environment in Bonita Springs, FL. This role is ideal for a help desk or desktop support professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, delivering excellent customer service, and helping users stay productive.
This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative IT support team with supportive leadership, steady weekday hours, and strong potential for extension and/or conversion to a permanent role. The right candidate will bring a service-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to support a variety of technical requests in a fast-paced business setting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $21 to $23.00 per hour.
- Contract/temporary opportunity expected to start as a 6-month assignment with excellent chance of extension and/or conversion to permanent employment, though not guaranteed.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Work location: Onsite in Bonita Springs, FL 34134.
- Start date: ASAP.
