Position Summary
Solairus Aviation is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Applications Lead to own and support our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This individual will be responsible for the ongoing administration, optimization, integration support, security management, and business partnership across Finance and other functional teams. This is a highly visible role that combines Oracle Fusion Financials expertise, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and production support responsibility. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Oracle Fusion after go-live and can independently identify business requirements, recommend solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
- Support Oracle Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration issues
- Manage Oracle security roles, provisioning, and access governance
- Lead quarterly Oracle Cloud update reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and business stakeholders to improve processes
- Perform production support, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend scalable solutions
- Coordinate with Oracle and external consultants when specialized expertise is required
- Reduce reliance on consulting partners by bringing Oracle expertise in-house
Required Experience
- 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience
- 4+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion in a production environment
- Strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) administration and troubleshooting experience
- Strong Oracle Fusion Financials experience including:

- Cash Management

- Projects / PPM
- Oracle security administration experience
- Quarterly release management and regression testing experience
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business users
