Manufacturing Project Coordinator
Job Description
MAU is hiring a Manufacturing Project Coordinator for our client in Mooresville, NC. As a Manufacturing Project Coordinator, you will serve as the key link between customers and the production floor, managing accounts, coordinating job orders, and overseeing materials purchasing to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information:
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Required Education and Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
General Requirements:
- Proficient in basic math and numerical reasoning
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- High attention to detail for accurate documentation and reporting
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Essential Functions:
- Facilitate production orders through the facility while interacting with internal departments and customers
- Accept customer orders and ensure alignment with existing quotations
- Create bills of material and assign part numbers
- Plan and generate job travelers for production
- Communicate with customers to expedite orders, resolve shipping issues, and address print concerns
- Purchase materials for existing orders and coordinate material deliveries
- Requote parts once they enter regular production
- Complete all documentation in compliance with ISO requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based with regular visits to the plant floor
- Exposure to a typical manufacturing environment, including dust and variable temperatures
