<li> Tech PM with 10 years of experience to lead large-scale application development and modernization programs using Java Microservices and AWS.</li>
<li> The role involves driving delivery, stakeholder management, solution alignment, team coordination, and successful execution of cloud-native initiatives.</li>

 Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li> Lead end-to-end delivery of Java Microservices and AWS-based transformation programs (Must Have Jave Microservices and AWS). Manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget.</li>
<li> Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and customer stakeholders.</li>
<li> Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, governance, and status reporting.</li>
<li> Ensure adherence to architecture, security, performance, and quality standards.</li>
<li> Track program KPIs, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.</li>
<li> Support release planning, production readiness, and issue escalation management.</li>
<li> Engage with customers to provide project updates and ensure successful outcomes.</li>
