We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud experience to lead enterprise implementation, enhancement, migration, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, Oracle implementation partners, integrations, testing, cutover, and post-production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate across business, functional, technical, integration, data, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Drive requirements, design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Manage Oracle Fusion workstreams across modules such as ERP, HCM, SCM, Financials, Procurement, and/or Projects.
- Track RAID items and drive timely issue and dependency resolution.
- Manage implementation partners, vendors, and onsite/offshore delivery teams.
- Lead project status meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and business sign-off.
- Develop and manage cutover plans, deployment readiness, hypercare, and production stabilization.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, change management, security, and release processes.
- Partner with business leaders on change management, training, adoption, and operational readiness.

Required Qualifications
\n
\n

- 8+ years of IT project or program management experience.
- 3+ years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, upgrades, migrations, or enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise SaaS delivery.
- Experience managing integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems.
- Strong experience with project planning, RAID management, testing, cutover, and production support.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Ability to work onsite in Sterling, VA, 4 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM, or Financials implementation experience.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), data migration, and reporting.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience working with Oracle, system integrators, and managed-service partners.
