View is seeking a motivated Membership & Development Associate to enhance our membership and donor programs. This full-time position involves coordinating development strategies, managing membership activities, and supporting our committees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage membership programming aligned with View’s mission and brand.
  • Serve as the liaison to Development and Membership Committees, providing administrative support.
  • Create and manage the annual Membership Program budget.
  • Oversee renewal mailings, annual appeals, and coordinate year-round membership and development activities.
  • Cultivate relationships with current and potential members and businesses.
  • Represent View at events to promote membership and development efforts.
  • Maintain and update the donor/member database; ensure timely recognition of contributions.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director on donor strategies and work with Finance to track revenue.

Skills Required:

  • Nonprofit experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; database management experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
