What You Will Do:
- Review and process employee timecards, ensuring all entries are complete, accurate, and ready for Payroll submission
- Research and resolve timekeeping discrepancies, including historical corrections and rate reviews within the WFM system
- Maintain employee leave and absence records while ensuring accurate timekeeping data
- Generate and analyze reports, identify recurring issues, and assist with process improvements
- Support employees with timekeeping questions and provide clear, professional guidance
- Maintain and update databases and electronic records with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist with documentation and training related to timekeeping and database procedures
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Experience with timekeeping systems, workforce management platforms, or administrative support functions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research discrepancies
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Comfortability working with spreadsheets, databases, and electronic records
- Workforce Management (WFM) experience (preferred)
