We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Technical Lead with strong integration expertise, hands-on technical leadership skills, and experience managing customer-facing delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
\n
12+ years of integration experience, including 5+ years with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API Gateway.
\n
Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft 4.6+ and migration from MuleSoft 4.6+ to 4.9+.
\n
Expertise in Runtime Fabric (RTF), CloudHub 2.0, Java 8/17, and API-led integration development.
\n
Experience with MuleSoft Vibe Coding and Generative AI-based development approaches.
\n
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, API design, integration patterns, error handling, monitoring, and MuleSoft best practices.
\n
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce using MuleSoft, including Salesforce connectors, APIs, and Bulk APIs.
\n
Experience with Database, FTP/SFTP, and MQ connectors.
\n
Ability to lead technical teams, guide developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
\n
Experience working with onshore-offshore managed services models and outcome-based delivery.
\n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including architecture discussions with customer leadership and solution architects.
\n
Ability to coordinate with offshore teams, manage daily/weekly status meetings, report delivery progress, and support P1/P2 major incidents.
