We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to lead commercial and ART implementation projects for a global organization. This role requires strong project management, technical expertise, financial oversight, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Lead commercial and ART implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, deliverables, and priorities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Monitor project progress against short- and long-term goals and communicate updates to clients, teams, and senior management.
- Manage project risks, issues, resources, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decisions and achieve project objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and professional development support to team members.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives.
- Travel as required (approximately 25%).

Required Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in technology management.
- Direct experience with application development in a global enterprise environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent project management, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, timelines, and project risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
