Job Description
Qualifications Required:

5+ years of estimating experience in civil construction and/or environmental contracting
\n
\n
Strong knowledge of:
\n
Site work and utility construction
\n
Environmental remediation practices
\n
Construction means and methods
\n
Ability to read and interpret civil and environmental plans and specs
\n
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, HeavyBid, or similar)
\n
Strong Excel skills
\n
Excellent organizational and communication skills
\n
\n
Preferred:
\n
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, or related field
\n
Experience with vapor mitigation systems, liners, or environmental containment systems
\n
Familiarity with NJDEP, NYSDEC, or similar regulatory agencies
\n
Field experience in civil or environmental construction
\n
\n
Work Environment:

Office-based with periodic site visits
\n
Fast-paced, deadline-driven estimating environment
\n
Collaboration with field and management teams
