Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering first-level technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of systems, and helping maintain a secure, efficient, and reliable technology environment for internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and corporate systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly and effectively while properly documenting cases.
Configure, maintain, and support technology equipment, mobile devices, and operating systems.
Coordinate services and support with external vendors.
Monitor, respond to, and assist in the remediation of security alerts (SOC).
Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Assist users with collaboration tools, digital technologies, and IT solutions.
Participate in special projects and continuous technology improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in technical support or related areas.
Security certification preferred.
General knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO 27000.
Experience with Windows, MacOS, WiFi networks, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of audiovisual equipment installation and troubleshooting.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
