Key Responsibilities
- Process service agreements including timely invoicing, price verification, and ERP entry
- Maintain documentation for contracts and invoices
- Assist monthly invoicing to ensure revenue targets are met
- Build customer rapport by updating customers on upcoming agreements and supporting renewals
- Use CRM tools to retrieve customer information, update work orders, and make changes
- Collaborate with sales and POC IT teams to verify purchase orders and identify revenue opportunities
- Renew contracts and invoice customers as needed
- Transfer billable calls to ensure timely invoicing
- Identify efficiency opportunities by combining open work for tech support teams
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- Associate's degree with 2+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree with billing/invoicing/contract audit experience
