???? What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire teams of Superintendents, Engineers, and Interns.
- Tackle complex construction challenges with confidence and creativity.
- Own the field operations from pre-construction to ribbon cutting.
- Collaborate with Owners, Architects, and Contractors to bring visions to life.
- Keep projects on time, on budget, and on point—every time.
- Champion safety, quality, and innovation on every jobsite.
???? What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent.
- A degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred).
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Strong tech skills—especially in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Bonus points for certifications like OSHA 30, CPR, or LEED AP/GA.
