What we're looking for:
\tThe ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing data retention policies and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
\tThis role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with data governance frameworks.
\tThe specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective retention strategies, monitor data lifecycle processes, and support audits and reporting related to data retention.

\tWhat you'll be doing:
\tData Retention Implementation Specialist will be responsible for executing data retention implementation and remediation activities.
\tThis includes analysing retention assessments and details provided by applications to ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards.
\tThe specialist will identify gaps or non-compliance issues related to data retention, and work with the application teams to design remediation plans to address these deficiencies.
\tAdditionally, the resource will be expected to make recommendations to improve data retention practices and minimize risks associated with the existing data retention process at TFS.
\tRequirements:

\tStrong knowledge of data retention regulations and compliance requirements
\tExperience with data governance frameworks and data lifecycle management.
\tProficiency in configuring and managing data retention implementations.
\tAnalytical skills to identify retention gaps and develop effective remediation plans.
\tExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
