Job Title: Systems Test Engineer (NGMD) E4
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Security Clearance: Top Secret (TS) with the ability to obtain SCI
Position Responsibilities
The C2BMC Global has an immediate need for a Test Analyst to assist with the organization and participation in Flight and Ground Tests. GAITS CFPT is looking to augment its staff with a highly motivated and skilled individual that can help in the assessment of successful Flight and Ground Tests.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying required resources.
- Developing and understanding mission objectives for the system(s) under test.
- Developing data archival and analysis plans.
- Developing post-mission reports.
- Understanding and participating in various event board approval structures, including MDIOC and BMDSS support processes, the MDA/BC approval chain, and National Team engineering boards (PERB, CEAT).
- Supporting approval boards from other organizations sponsoring tests (e.g., JIAMDO, AFSPC, JFCC-IMD).
- Interacting with JAT, MDDC, and other related organizations.
- Supporting the operation of C2BMC, including system configuration, system operation, display screen navigation, and system operations.
- Performing configuration management and control of test resources, articles, and tools for data collection during events.
- Serving as the I&T liaison to other C2BMC test participants and MDA/BCT test managers.
- Coordinating with project leads of various experiments to ensure seamless event execution across the entire I&T mission.
- Developing and maintaining the test architecture, including all articles under test.
- Developing supplemental procedures required to ensure successful test execution.
Basic Qualifications
- Generally has 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
- Current TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
- Understanding of systems engineering processes and logistics principles, including artifact generation (e.g., specifications, Interface Control Documents, System Architecture Descriptions, Use Cases, Trade Studies).
- Experience with network applications and networking concepts.
- Experience with military systems used in missile defense, including AN/TPY2, SBIRS/BOA, Aegis, THAAD, Patriot, and SBX, including their operational characteristics.
- Experience working in an integrated team environment with systems, software, and specialty engineers to develop solutions using NT or similar processes and methods.
- Demonstrated ability to develop briefings and communicate complex ideas in writing.
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of systems engineering, systems design, and development.
- 2+ years of experience in a related engineering environment with experience in systems-of-systems definition and integration.
- Ability to analyze high-level needs and refine them into an integrated set of requirements leading to a fielded product.
- Ability to lead portions of activities and direct the work of fellow engineers.
- Ability to write and implement engineering plans within a project.
- Previous experience demonstrating the technical skills and responsibilities listed above.

- Agile development.
- Automated testing frameworks.
- Requirements and Verification Spreadsheet analysis.
- Analysis tools, including Java software or Python scripting development.
- Conducting post-processing and quantitative/qualitative analysis of collected data.
- Developing action plans based on analysis of data.
- Documenting software deficiency reports.
- Presenting analysis results and plans of action orally and/or in written format (e.g., slides, annotated slides, test report documents).
