Must-Have:

- 5+ years in data center or critical facilities operations
- Strong knowledge of UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, and related MEP systems
- Experience with SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs
- Hands-on liquid cooling experience is required (CDUs, RDHx, valves, hoses, controls, troubleshooting)
