We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual office assistant with open flexibility to join our team. As a part-time H.H.A. Floater/office assistant who speaks Spanish / Creole, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support. Also, it will play a significant role in open cases in the field. (Must be willing to go out & do H.H.A. services if needed) days and times are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursdays, 9 am- 4 pm 24hrs a week, part-time in our Ft Pierce office

This is a Part-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with organizing and coordinating office events or meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Conduct research and compile information as requested
- Assist with special projects as assigned

-Providing assistance and hygiene care as directed, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting activities, and assisting with measurements, if necessary.

-Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in using computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of healthcare administrative tasks or medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

Must have H.H.A. Experience. Must have Level 2 background.
