Job Title: Project Manager – Demand Planning (Blue Yonder)

Location: Bay Area, CA

Work Mode: Onsite (Monday – Thursday)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with strong expertise in Blue Yonder Demand Planning to lead supply chain transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, optimize forecasting processes, and ensure successful implementation of Blue Yonder solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with business teams (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) to gather requirements
• Configure and optimize Blue Yonder demand planning modules
• Drive forecasting improvements using statistical models and demand sensing
• Identify risks/issues and ensure timely resolution
• Lead workshops, user training, and change management initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy, system integration, and reporting alignment
• Work with offshore/onshore teams for seamless execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain projects
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA)
• Strong understanding of forecasting, demand planning, and S&OP processes
• Proven experience in Project Management (Agile/Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
