Job Description

𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰 & 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 (𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴)

\n

AOPartners has been retained by a confidential client to find a senior, hands-on Integration Architect to accelerate its Salesforce-to-Microsoft Fabric customer master platform.

\n

\n

It is not a "Fabric developer" or "Data Engineer" role. We want an integration architect who has already solved this exact class of problem: real-time Salesforce eventing into Fabric, with customer master sync across multiple downstream applications. You'll lead the architecture and write the code.

\n

\n

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟯𝟬 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀

\n

    \n
  • Review and validate the end-to-end Salesforce → Fabric → downstream architecture
  • \n

  • Assess code quality, technical debt, scalability risks, and supportability
  • \n

  • Establish event contract standards and schema governance
  • \n

  • Stand up deployment and release management processes
  • \n

  • Eliminate single points of failure and harden resiliency
  • \n

  • Accelerate downstream consumer integrations across multiple enterprise applications
  • \n

  • Implement automated and regression testing for customer master events
  • \n

\n

\n

𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰 & 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲

\n

    \n
  • Deep hands-on Fabric experience: Eventstreams, Notebooks, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics
  • \n

  • Enterprise-scale Pub/Sub and event-driven architecture design and delivery
  • \n

  • Azure Container Apps, Event Hubs, and Service Bus integrated with Fabric
  • \n

  • Event routing, replay, dead-letter patterns, and idempotent processing
  • \n

  • Performance tuning for Fabric workloads and event pipelines
  • \n

  • Observability, logging, monitoring, and production support readiness
  • \n

\n

\n

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

\n

    \n
  • Expert in Platform Events, Pub/Sub API, and gRPC integrations
  • \n

  • Real-time integration experience, not batch ETL
  • \n

  • OAuth, event subscriptions, replay IDs, and resiliency patterns
  • \n

  • Bidirectional Salesforce-to-enterprise integration design
  • \n

\n

\n

𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

\n

    \n
  • True software engineering background, not low-code only
  • \n

  • Java, Python, Spark, and modern API development
  • \n

  • Automated testing frameworks for event-driven systems
  • \n

  • Code review discipline, design patterns, coding standards, and CI/CD
  • \n

  • Track record refactoring prototypes into production-quality solutions
  • \n

\n

\n

𝗔 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀

\n

    \n
  • Customer master / MDM synchronization across multiple applications
  • \n

  • CDC, event sourcing, data contracts, and schema management
  • \n

  • Canonical customer models and downstream distribution patterns
  • \n

  • Data quality frameworks and validation rules
  • \n

  • Customer onboarding, update, and account sync workflows
  • \n

\n

\n

𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

    \n
  • Type: Contract / 1099
  • \n

  • Duration: 1 to 3 months
  • \n

  • Start: ASAP
  • \n
