Scope of Work:
Scouting
• Surveying PCs at each site to collect critical information which will be used later when deploying the PCs
• Capturing and inputting device info into a shared spreadsheet for the PMO to use for planning
Deployment
• Replacing and imaging PCs across multiple healthcare facilities within ND (specific work sites to be agreed upon between Client and Contractor)
• Imaging via SSCM
• Domain Join
• Data migration
• Cable Management
• Application Loads
• Inventory system capture/management ('ServiceNow')
CONTRACTOR (1099)
Contractor will be required to provide the following:
• DOT compliant Background check
• 8-panel drug screen (funded by Client if needed)
• Tuberculosis (TB) test confirmation - (funded by Client)
• Attestation of vaccines: MMR, Varicella, Tdap vaccinations (via Provider attestation form)
• PC deployment 'go bag' - appropriate tools for PC deployment/troubleshooting
DRESS CODE:
• Khaki pants
• Dark blue or navy colored polo (no company logos or graphics)
• Solid black closed toed shoes
• No hats or caps
• Clean appearance, no holes or ripped clothing
CONTRACTORS QUALIFICATIONS:
• Desktop/Laptop installation experience - REQUIRED
• Experience with various imaging methods (SCCM, USB, Network etc.)
LOCATIONS:
• North Dakota (site list to be shared after hiring process. Sites/Quantities may change)
Schedule:
• Work days - Monday-Friday weekly (with exception of Client observed holidays TBD)
• Work hours - Business hours (exact arrival times TBD)
• Project Hours - To be assigned via weekly updates - not to exceed 40 hours without prior approval from client
DAILY ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE REQUIREMENTS:
• Checking in/or out from your vehicle is unacceptable, you must be visible to the site lead and ready to work to check in. The time you check in/out with the site lead is the time you will be paid for.
