Associate Broker Opportunity


Seller Door Real Estate and Finance is looking for an Associate Broker who’s ready to expand leadership, production, and team growth while leveraging the power of a combined real estate and finance model. This opportunity allows you to partner with in-house loan officers who actively assist with lead generation, client follow-up, and conversion systems that fuel your team’s success.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $150,000+

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor agents to build production and consistency
  • Collaborate with in-house loan officers to enhance lead generation and conversion
  • Manage recruiting efforts to grow and strengthen the office agent roster
  • Oversee listing and transaction processes with the support of administrative staff
  • Host team training, accountability, and development sessions regularly
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing and brokerage standards
  • Track performance metrics and assist agents in setting achievable goals
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and integrity

Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate or Broker license in good standing (willingness to obtain broker's license)
  • Proven record of personal production or team leadership in real estate
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a growth mindset
  • Experience in mentoring and developing real estate agents
  • Familiarity with CRM, lead generation systems, and sales tracking tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up habits
  • Motivated self-starter with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and agent development
