Job DescriptionTime for something new? Kelly Services is now hiring a Global Trade Data Analyst for a 6-month temporary position with the possibility of extension. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience performing data reporting and analysis is required to apply.
Compensation:
- $40.00 per hour
- Weekly Pay!
Shift:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern time
Global Trade Data Analyst Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to provide remote analytic and reporting support for global trade activities for a global client. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced data analysts who are interested in expanding their skillset into import/export and global trade compliance. Candidates will receive training on trade requirements and practices while supporting data analysis, recordkeeping, and reporting tasks critical to compliance and operational efficiency.
Global Trade Data Analyst Key Job Activities:
- Data Collection & Analysis: support data gathering and analytical work for tariff mitigation initiatives
- EEI Data Preparation: compile and prepare necessary data sets for timely and accurate EEI filing.
- EEI Auditing: aid in the auditing of Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Record Keeping: assist with digital storage, organization, and review of compliance documentation and import/export records.
Global Trade Data Analyst Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work 8am-5pm Eastern time Monday-Friday
- Must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience with PowerBI or comparable data analysis visualization tools
