Responsibilities:
- Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents regarding technical issues and IT system updates
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service
- Work independently and as part of a team across multiple properties
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Identify and report IT-related issues that impact property operations or resident services
- Install, configure, and maintain surveillance camera systems
- Run low-voltage cabling for cameras, door access systems, and internet/network infrastructure
- Install and maintain automated door entry systems including keyless access and intercoms
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network and device issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of IT systems
- Ensure all IT installations comply with building codes, safety requirements, and technical standards
- Provide technical support to property staff and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and completed work
- Assist with planning and executing IT upgrades and expansions across communities
- Work overtime as necessary to meet project deadlines or resolve outages
- Lift equipment up to 50 lbs. and safely access areas using ladders when required
- Assist management and other departments with IT-related tasks and projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with network configuration, security cameras, or smart building systems
- Knowledge of access control platforms and structured cabling standards
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, low-voltage license, etc.) a plus

Requirements:
- Experience in IT support, low-voltage wiring, or systems installation (CCTV, door access, etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Strong decision-making and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and take initiative
