What you'll do

- \n
- Manage capital projects from concept through commissioning, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and execution.
- Develop equipment specifications, process requirements, layouts, and technical solutions while coordinating with OEMs, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead stage-gate reviews and maintain required project documentation, validation protocols, safety reviews, and regulatory compliance activities
- Improve safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency through engineering analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead project teams, manage contractors and suppliers, support equipment start-up activities, and deliver training to ensure successful operational adoption.
- Sitting, standing and limited lifting. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Must be able to lift, bend and stoop without restrictions.

- es3-5 years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment fulfilling a project engineer role or simila
- r.3-5 years’ experience in Capital Project Management in the design and installation of manufacturing process and packaging systems.
