We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Solutions Integrator – Senior Team Lead to support the U.S. Army's Data Capabilities Division (DCD) under INSCOM Headquarters. This role provides intelligence data architecture, information-sharing solutions, and bilateral/multilateral partner integration support in direct service to the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) and the broader Intelligence Security Enterprise. Personnel in this role may be embedded at CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of combined/joint theater operations and Multi-Domain Operations (MDO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination
- Provide data integration support encompassing data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
- Work directly with bilateral and multilateral (coalition) foreign partner organizations to deliver intelligence data architecture and information-sharing solutions
- Facilitate access, identification, discovery, integration, and dissemination of relevant intelligence reporting across classified networks (JWICS, SIPRNET, SIPRNET-REL, USBICES, TNE, and others)
- Synchronize Army G-2, ASCC, COCOM, and Intelligence Community (IC) data-related efforts within specified theaters of operation
- Continuously identify intelligence information-sharing gaps with partner organizations; research and recommend solutions and courses of action to the government
- Coordinate and host bilateral/multilateral VTCs and teleconferences; troubleshoot and document connection procedures with partner organizations
- Travel to bilateral/multilateral partner organizations to conduct site visits, audit existing intelligence architectures, and provide guidance on information sharing; deliver trip reports within 5 business days
- Support combined/joint theater operations and Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) by deconflicting bilateral and multilateral intelligence data requirements
- Enhance understanding of multinational theater C2ISR architecture
- Enable rapid dissemination of releasable intelligence reporting to appropriate Unified Action Partners
- Deliver professional briefings and presentations to senior and diverse audiences
- Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
- Support intelligence data protocols for Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2), including AI integration, data governance, and systems integration
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience related to the intelligence solutions integration labor category, with at least a portion of experience within the last 2 years
- 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support including: data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
- 4 years of demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
- Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain SOPs and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
- Demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
Education Requirements:
Desired: Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Alternatively accepted:
- Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, OR
- High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
Security Clearance & Certification Requirements:
- Active DoD Top Secret / SCI security clearance required
- Ability to obtain CI (Counterintelligence) Polygraph
- Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM
Preferred / Desired Experience:
- Prior experience working with FVEY or coalition partner organizations on intelligence data/system interoperability
- Familiarity with Army Intelligence platforms including AIDP, JWICS, CENTRIXS-KOREA, USBICES, or related classified networks
- Experience supporting OCONUS or deployed intelligence operations
- Experience with multinational theater C2ISR architecture
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint for intelligence content management and portal synchronization
