Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a construction organization supporting industrial facilities and infrastructure projects in Salt Lake City, UT. This role is a strong fit for an organized administrative professional who enjoys keeping project details moving, communicating across teams, and supporting both office and field operations.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with assistant project managers, field technicians, vendors, and internal departments to maintain accurate documentation, purchase orders, invoices, billing records, and project files. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate project updates between office staff, field technicians, vendors, and project leadership.
- Submit, track, and maintain approved project documentation, files, purchase orders, invoices, and billing records.
- Follow up with vendors to confirm documentation, timelines, outstanding items, and project-related details.
- Support assistant project managers with administrative coordination, scheduling support, and project tracking.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical project files using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal processes.
- Help ensure project records are accurate, complete, accessible, and up to date for internal team members.
Compensation and Benefits
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT.
