The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple technology workstreams and coordinating business, IT, vendors, Finance, Procurement, and senior leadership. - Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio updates, executive dashboards, and decision-ready presentations for leadership and governance forums.
- Establish and manage governance, intake, prioritization, and change-control processes.
- Coordinate vendor and contract activities across Customer Service, IT, Finance, Procurement, and delivery partners.
- Develop and maintain project governance structures, RACI matrices, escalation paths, meeting cadences, and operating procedures.
- Partner with business and IT project leads to drive alignment, accountability, and timely resolution of issues.
- Drive closure across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Develop reusable PMO templates, governance materials, decision logs, reporting processes, and handoff documentation.
- Identify portfolio-level risks and delivery challenges and work with stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation and resolution plans.
