Job Description – Scrum-Master / SW Project Manager

Heller Industries is looking for a ScrumMaster / SW Project Manager with experience leading SW teams in Engineering environments. The person hired for this position will be responsible for delivering software/firmware for controlling Heller’s products. The position is located in Florham Park, NJ and reports to the Director of Software Engineering.

Required Qualifications:
\n
· Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or Comparable Experience
\n
· 5 years of experience developing software.
\n
· 2 years of experience as a ScrumMaster / Software Release Manager
\n
· Familiar with software development tools and utilities including development environments and bug tracking utilities
\n
· Familiar with C++ and C# programming code
\n
· Strong SW development process management, prioritization and version release skills.
\n
\n
Desired Qualifications:
\n
· ScrumMaster certification
\n
· Experience with Semiconductor equipment and SEMI communication standards – SECS/GEM
\n
· Experience developing software or leading SW development in multi-disciplinary environment.
\n
\n
Responsibilities:
