Desktop Field Support&nbsp; Location: Mont Belvieu, Tx Required Experience/Skills:
<ul>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong desktop skills, software troubleshooting skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Windows 11 Experience, upgrades, feature updates&nbsp;</li>
<li>Microsoft Office&nbsp;</li>
<li>Application Installation and Troubleshooting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Network communications understanding&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with LAN/WAN technologies&nbsp;</li>
<li>Racking and stacking equipment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Cable installation (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc..) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Project lead, organizing project tasks&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 
Experience with the following technologies are highly encouraged but not all are mandatory:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Cisco/Aruba experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>VSAT&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ubiquiti Radios &nbsp;</li>
<li>UPS installation and support&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 
Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Deploy and support&nbsp;network equipment at field locations, following guidelines provided.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support end user devices, applications and consult with business needs to provide the proper solutions.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 
Expectations:
<ul>
<li>Work onsite at a variety of field locations M-F 8am-5pm, with occasional need for after hours work. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be located within 45 minutes of primary work location.&nbsp;</li>
