The Role

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) Solution Architect to join our growing team. The Solution Architect carries the ultimate responsibility for meeting customer requirements and ensuring successful project completion, demonstrating comfort and expertise in all aspects of delivery.

The ideal candidate must be capable of switching seamlessly between various critical functions:

Leading/Supporting customer-facing functional workshops.
Directing groups of functional consultants and business analysts.
Supporting technical teams across interface, data, and development workstreams.
Collaborating with project and program managers to report on progress, risks, and issues.
Liaising with internal and customer senior stakeholders, adjusting approach and language for each audience.

This position demands an extremely detail-oriented and meticulously organized individual who can prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires a blend of strong consulting capabilities and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions

Business Analysis: Lead business process analysis and provide clear, creative solutions.
Team Leadership: Lead functional consulting teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Architecture: Ensure an expertly designed system architecture that aligns with client needs.
Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain deep expertise in D365 F&SCM software, new releases, features, and the underlying technical architecture.

Skills & Competencies

Experience: 8–10 years of experience with Microsoft Finance and Supply Chain Management.
Lifecycle Depth: Participation in multiple full-lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&SCM projects is required.
Consulting Background: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within a consultancy environment is preferred.
Leadership: Extensive experience serving as a D365 F&SCM Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance immediate short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision necessary to guide a customer through a complex implementation.
