In this role, you will collaborate with developers, architects, designers, and leadership to develop scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions within a .NET environment. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automating workflows and testing processes, implementing system hardening and configuration management best practices, troubleshooting production issues, supporting deployments, and contributing to quality assurance efforts. This position also involves creating technical documentation, supporting fellow developers, staying current on emerging technologies, and providing after-hours and on-call support when needed. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to new technologies, and enjoys driving continuous improvement through automation and innovation.Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of DevOps experience
- Experience working in a .NET environment
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams preferred
- Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, MVC, .NET Core, and WebAPI 2
- Experience with IIS and Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of SOA, Microservices, and RESTful APIs
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Must be in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area
