Job Description:

\n

My client is hiring a Founding Platform Engineer to build a highly configurable internal workbench that spans multiple products.

\n

The role is architecture-first and centres on data-, model- and agent-heavy systems. You will work closely with the CEO and CTO and own the platform from zero.

\n

What you'll do

\n

Design and build a configurable end-to-end internal platform used across multiple products

\n

Own the platform architecture, favouring sound design over visual polish

\n

Build systems that support data-, model- and agent-heavy workflows

\n

Turn loosely defined leadership asks into concrete build plans

\n

Ship quickly from zero and iterate as needs change

\n

What you bring

\n

Built a highly configurable end-to-end internal workbench or platform across multiple products

\n

Systems and architecture background at an AI lab, big tech company or a startup building workflows around ML products

\n

Prioritizes architecture over visual polish

\n

Strong instincts for data-, model- and agent-heavy systems

\n

Comfortable owning a whole platform without a mature internal-tools org around you

\n

Nice to have

\n

Owned an entire platform rather than a single service

\n

Curious, independent thinker

\n

Track record of shipping fast from zero

\n

Can turn a loose CEO or CTO ask into a build plan
