Job Summary

We are seeking a technically strong Data Analyst with extensive Snowflake, SQL, Python, and AWS experience to support enterprise data analysis, automation, data quality, and cloud data initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working within Snowflake environments and be capable of developing, debugging, and optimizing complex SQL queries, creating Python-based automations, and troubleshooting technical data issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, debug, and optimize complex SQL scripts within Snowflake to support data requests and enterprise-wide analysis.
  • Review and interpret existing Python and SQL code to troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, and maintain established business logic.
  • Develop and deploy Python-based automations to streamline recurring processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Perform data profiling, validation, and data integrity checks within Snowflake and AWS environments.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for complex data requests by translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues.
  • Support cloud data initiatives and large-scale data modernization efforts.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of strong hands-on Snowflake experience, including SQL query development, debugging, and optimization.
  • 3+ years of Python experience developing and maintaining scripts for automation and data processing.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS and Snowflake cloud-based data environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in data profiling, validation, and data quality analysis.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and review existing codebases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government or public-sector data initiatives.
  • Knowledge of enterprise ticketing and technical support workflows.
  • Experience with large-scale data modernization projects.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
