Job DescriptionWe are looking for a hands-on IT Systems Analyst to deliver reliable technical support in a Microsoft-centric environment in Dallas, Texas. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a user-facing role, can resolve a broad range of endpoint and application issues, and is comfortable supporting both business staff and leadership. The successful candidate will work with limited oversight, contribute to daily operations, and partner with a distributed IT team to keep systems and users productive.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver Tier II technical assistance for employees using Windows and macOS devices, addressing issues with software, hardware, and user access.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user support, configuration tasks, and issue resolution across core applications.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 migration-related activities as part of ongoing environment improvements.
• Manage Active Directory functions such as account creation, access changes, onboarding setup, and offboarding activities.
• Support Intune-managed devices, laptops, mobile hardware, and software deployments to maintain secure and functional endpoints.
• Diagnose and resolve problems involving Microsoft applications, peripherals, connectivity, wireless access, and basic network performance.
• Own support tickets from intake through closure, keeping users informed with clear and timely status updates.
• Maintain accurate records for onsite equipment and update technical documentation to support operational continuity.
• Help orient and train new employees on systems, devices, and standard technology practices.
• Use Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to streamline support processes and improve team efficiency.• At least 5 years of hands-on IT support experience in an end-user or systems support setting.
• Practical experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 in a business environment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, including account provisioning and user lifecycle administration.
• Experience supporting endpoints across both Windows and Mac platforms.
• Familiarity with Intune and mobile or laptop device management.
• Proven Tier II troubleshooting ability across applications, hardware, and core connectivity issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30–40%, primarily for short trips with advance notice, including two required onboarding trips.
