This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support trade execution and portfolio implementation while improving the systems and workflows that power them.

What You Will Do
• Deploy client capital in global stock markets by generating trades for separate account clients, private funds, mutual funds, and ETFs.
• Monitor execution quality and trading performance, including adherence to strategy, timeliness, transaction costs, best execution standards, and broker effectiveness.
• Manage portfolio implementation activities including new account funding, rebalancing, tax harvesting, withdrawals, and liquidations for Institutional SMAs and UMAs.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, operations, and compliance teams to coordinate trade flows, facilitate trade settlement and reporting, and resolve issues.
• Use data tools to analyze trading patterns, identify process inefficiencies, and drive performance improvements.
• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual steps, and improve reporting accuracy.
• Instigate and execute process improvement initiatives that enhance the trading function and the broader organization.

What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related field).
• Interest or experience in data analysis, scripting, or automation (e.g., Excel VBA, SQL, Python).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for financial markets, trading systems, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented focus with a desire to contribute, learn, and innovate.
