Senior Network Architect
Location: Boston, MA Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $65-$75/hr
Job Summary: Seeking a Senior Network Architect to design and modernize enterprise network infrastructure, including hybrid connectivity to AWS.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Design hub-and-spoke and mesh network architectures.
</li>
<li>
Develop secure connectivity between on-premises systems and AWS.
</li>
<li>
Optimize routing and switching environments.
</li>
<li>
Oversee firewall, VPN, and load-balancing solutions.
</li>
<li>
Monitor network performance and plan infrastructure capacity.
</li>
<li>
Lead cloud networking and software-defined networking modernization.
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
10+ years of network engineering experience.
</li>
<li>
4+ years in an Architect or Principal-level role.
</li>
<li>
Expert knowledge of Cisco IOS/XE/NX-OS, EIGRP, and BGP.
</li>
<li>
AWS networking experience, including VPC and Direct Connect.
</li>
<li>
Experience with FortiGate, VPNs, F5 or NetScaler, and SolarWinds.
</li>
<li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
</li>
<li>
CCNP required; CCIE or AWS Solutions Architect Professional preferred.
