ROLE OVERVIEW:

\n

As an SAP Project Manager at Answerthink, you will lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementations with a focus on Life Sciences and/or Consumer Products (CPG) sectors. You’ll operate in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment supporting small to mid-sized clients through high-impact, short-cycle digital transformation programs.

• S/4HANA Private Cloud Focus or Public Cloud

\n

• The SAP Public Cloud is a new market focus for AT

\n

• Small / Mid Market Client Focus

\n

• Avg. projects range from 4-9 months in duration

\n

• Typically, small project teams with 5-10 consultants

\n

• Team Leads will likely be the only resource to support a given functional area with offshore support possible

\n

• Current travel requirements are ~ 25-40% but individual projects will vary and may be more or less

\n

• Typical travel is currently targeted for:

• Fit/Gap Workshops

\n

• Sprint Reviews

\n

• UAT / Integration Test

\n

• Go-Live Support

\n

• Entrepreneurial atmosphere

\n

\n

\n

\n
• Experience

\n

• 8-10 years SAP Experience (2-5 yrs. for Public Cloud)

\n

• 4-5+ Full Life-cycle implementations (1-2 for Public)

\n

• At least 1 S/4HANA/FIORI implementation

\n

• SAP Public & Private Cloud Certification

\n

• Looking for diversified candidates

\n

• Prior experience being the only resource in their respective module preferred

\n

\n

• Project Managers who have a good functional or technical background who can still roll up their sleeves if necessary

\n

• Functional consultants who can cover more than one module (when possible)

\n

• Developers who have a well-rounded functional knowledge

\n

• Strong Communication Skills

• Can speak to both mid-management and C-level

\n

• Good presentation/facilitation skills

\n

• Strong Microsoft Office Product Skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Self-Starter who is a good team player
