Job Description
Expanding Midwest firm is looking to fill a critical role for a Senior Site Development Project Manager in their Dallas Office! 
 
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Manage clients/projects </li>
<li>Mentor/train junior staff </li>
<li>Design efficient layouts for clients and assist them through the entitlement process </li>
<li>Understand each project’s approval process </li>
</ul>
 
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>B.S. in Civil Engineering </li>
<li>8+ years of experience in site development engineering </li>
<li>PE License or ability to quickly obtain is mandatory </li>
<li>Significant experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D </li>
<li>Experience in hydrology and site development </li>
<li>Proven track record of business development or a great desire to grow and learn those abilities </li>
</ul>
 
 
Salary is commensurate with experience.
